These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "T&C") regulate access to and use of the platform infocolectiva.com (hereinafter, "the Platform") operated by InfoColectiva S.A., CUIT 30-71856294-3, with legal address at Av. Santa Fe 2845, Floor 8, Buenos Aires City, Argentina.

By accessing or using the Platform, you accept these T&C in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision, we ask that you do not use our services.

InfoColectiva is a technology platform that facilitates collective investment in real estate projects in Argentina through the crowdlending model. Our services include:

• Presentation of verified real estate projects. • Facilitation of collective investments. • Tracking project progress. • Distribution of returns according to the terms of each project.

**Important:** InfoColectiva acts as a technology intermediary. We do not guarantee returns or the successful completion of projects.

To use the Platform you must:

• Be over 18 years old. • Reside in Argentina or have an Argentine CUIT/CUIL. • Complete the identity verification process (KYC). • Provide truthful and up-to-date information. • Have legal capacity to enter into contracts.

**Nature of investments:** Investments in real estate crowdlending carry risks. Past returns do not guarantee future results.

**Main risks:** • Risk of partial or total loss of invested capital. • Risk of delays in projects. • Real estate market risk. • Illiquidity risk.

**Recommendation:** Only invest capital that you are willing to immobilize for the project period and whose loss would not affect your financial situation.

By using the Platform you commit to:

• Provide truthful information and keep it updated. • Use the Platform only for legal purposes. • Not engage in activities that could damage, disable, or harm the Platform. • Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials. • Comply with all applicable laws, including anti-money laundering regulations.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and their compilation, is the property of InfoColectiva S.A. or its licensors and is protected by Argentine intellectual property laws.

Reproduction, distribution, or modification of content without express authorization is prohibited.

InfoColectiva will not be liable for:

• Losses derived from user investment decisions. • Damages caused by real estate developers' non-compliance. • Service interruptions due to force majeure. • Unauthorized access to accounts due to user negligence.

Our maximum liability will be limited to the amount of commissions actually charged to the user.

We may suspend or cancel your access to the Platform if:

• You breach these T&C. • You provide false information. • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities. • You do not complete the required verification process.

Termination will not affect ongoing investments, which will be managed according to their specific terms.

These T&C are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of Buenos Aires City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.

We reserve the right to modify these T&C at any time. Changes will be notified through the Platform and will take effect 15 days after their publication. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the modified T&C.
